(TREATS)

TREATS is the easy way to develop training quizzes as well as other survey types, deploy them and record results, as well as recording other training courses attended by staff.  The system also contains a training register and reporting function.

TREATS was developed by Rob Horton to assist organisations with their internal training needs, and to assist in conforming with regulations in terms or recording training undertaken by staff.

The system has been enhanced to provide functions to conduct other type of surveys – for example:

• General Member Surveys
• Staff Surveys
• Employment Applications
• Staff Appraisals
• Psychological Tests

TREATS has been operating in Financial Services Organisations for over 2 years and has more recently been introduced to the Club industry.
